» A deposit will be required when booking, 25% of the total price.
» Full payment will be required 1 month prior to arrival.
» Long weekends and midweek breaks available all year, except for July and August school holidays, details on request
» A bond of £80 cash will be required on arrival. This will be refundable on departure if there are no breakages and the cottage is left clean and tidy.

» Towels available on request. (£5 per person per week).
